The first two days are the most confusing. You've just landed, you might be tired, you may not have local data yet, and you probably don't know the ticket system. Arrived hands you the essentials first.

  • What to use from the airport

The cheapest reliable way out, the easiest with luggage, and a safe late-night option.

  • How to get around the city

Your best default for daily trips, plus a backup for when plans change.

  • How to pay

Contactless, travel cards or mobile tickets — know what works before you tap.

  • Which apps actually work

What to keep from home and which local apps are worth installing.

  • What usually costs too much

The common tourist traps and overpriced options to skip from day one.

Built by travelers, for travelers

We built Arrived after hitting the same wall again and again — too many apps, too much conflicting advice, too much time spent working out how a city moves.

Travel shouldn't start with confusion. It should start with one clear plan.

One clear way to move.

Frequently asked questions

Everything we can tell you about Arrived before launch. Still curious? Email us at hello@arrived.app.

What is Arrived?

Arrived is a personalized transport guide for travelers.

It helps you understand which transport apps you can keep using, which local apps are worth installing, and which transport options best match the way you travel.

Some travelers want the cheapest option. Others prefer a familiar service like Uber, even when it costs more. Arrived gives different recommendations to different travelers.

Does Arrived replace Uber, Google Maps or local transport apps?

No. Arrived does not replace the transport apps you already use.

It brings the available options into one clear overview and helps you understand which app to use in each situation.

You won't book rides or tickets inside Arrived — at least at launch. Where possible you'll be able to open a recommended app directly from Arrived, but the final booking or ticket purchase always takes place through the transport provider.

How are my transport recommendations personalized?

Arrived builds a travel profile during onboarding.

You can tell us where you live, which transport services you already know, and how you prefer to travel. You can also share whether you prioritize price, convenience, public transport, rideshare, mobile tickets, luggage-friendly options or late-night travel.

Arrived uses this information to give you recommendations that fit your travel style.

What transport options will Arrived cover?

Arrived is being built to cover the transport options that matter most to travelers in a new city. This may include:

  • Metro and trains
  • Buses and trams
  • Taxis and rideshare
  • Airport transfers
  • Bikes and scooters
  • Car sharing
  • Local ticketing and journey-planning apps

The available options will depend on the city.

Will Arrived work worldwide?

That is the goal. Arrived will begin with major international travel destinations and expand city by city.

You can explore our city transport guides to see the destinations we are currently researching.
